Urbanest

All good. The location of the building is also convenient. The common rooms are very useful for us to study and socialize. Repair to the room is always in time. All the staff are responsible, especially Jason and Clive! They are very kind and nice and always willing to help the residents actively! During my time staying here they helped me lots of times. As a foreign student here I feel much warmth. I will miss the time I stayed here.

Staying here the last year has been wonderful! The location is perfect- right next to the brand new area Coal Drops Yard with loads of bars and restaurants. The area also feels very safe. The building itself is modern and has loads of common space for working. Reception staff are always friendly and willing to help. In particular Clive, Jason, Dina and Bass! I have loved my time here and if I could stay after graduating I absolutely would. I will be sad to leave, thank you Urbanest!! <3

As an accommodation this is for sure on the pricey side but the place is kept very clean and staff is always available if needed. Having a concierge available 24/7 made my experience a lot easier and the staff is very friendly, I will especially miss Jason and Dina, they’ve been so friendly to me and made my experience here as an international student a lot more bearable. Props to the staff for the efforts they make to handle everything so well!

I have loved living here over the past year! The staff at Urbanest are always so kind and helpful, and have really gone above and beyond my entire stay. I really appreciate everyone! I will miss Urbanest, and if I were still a student I would have definitely stayed another year! Thank you for everything! ❤️

I had a great stay at the Urbanest. The accommodation is near the Kings Cross station, from where you can travel to anywhere. The rooms are spacious and modern. I have to mention the very friendly staff. Especially Jason was helping me a lot with any kind of problems. Keep up the good work!

Great place to live, extraordinary for a student accommodation. The building is new and has many amenities. The area of where the building is located is probably the most amazing parts of London. Not to mention all great transport links you get from kings cross.

I was very happy to spend my year in London at Urbanest kings cross. The 6 room en-suite has plenty of storage space and the huge kitchen can be used for simple social events. There are some very nice and caring staff here. Firstly, let me thank Jason, the staff here, who drove to pick up a delivery I had sent to another Urbanest by mistake. Also, whenever I've been out shopping and had trouble getting my keys out, the staff at Reception like Clive have opened the door for me.

Absolutely incredible place – has made my studies in London a blast. The building is fantastic, but what really made the stay memorable were the staff. To this day, I am thankful for their exceeding helpfulness.
