Went early today to beat the queue. Not a single person on the tills. Had to use self checkout. Used toilets before leaving. Disgusting. Toilet paper, rubbish, McDonalds bags all over floor. Yes this is customers who have done this but still Asda staff failing to clean it up. Time was 6.15 am so only been open 15mins so must have been like that since last night. Not impressed to say the least.

place an order with Asda online delivery 17th august there was a full crate of food missing , £29 worth, it’s been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t got my refund, I have rang multiple times to be told it will be sent to me in 48 hours via email for e-gift ,it has still not arrived , I am fuming I have contacted Ombudsman , I am going to go training standards , this is beyond a joke now , I want my money back! And I want compensation ! Can you please get back to me with an answer!!! 3 weeks this is my money not yours, it’s disgusting it is not my fault the delivery driver forgot a full crate of food! Or did he decide to steal it and keep it for himself!!!!

The store is getting worse ever week. Empty cardboard boxes on several shelves. Lack of stock throughout especially the free from bakery products. The last 5 times I've been there has been no gluten free bread. Surely if something is selling out fast every day more stock should be ordered or am I expecting too much for people to use their brain.

Whilst shopping was fine, we again find staff having a social gathering with each other and shoppers they are clearly acquaintances of whilst we wait for a security check on scan and go.

Twice a week I go early morning to buy out of date meat..don't seem to bother about putting the baskets at the front of the store had to walk to the tills to collect one explained to the woman standing around about the problem. Got a death stair of her..okay she must be having a bad day (or she's a cabbage)...and Asda don't seem to be helping people with the cost of living by knocking 50p 88p.of items that are going out of date..think about people that shop in your stores. And NOT PROFITS.....going Bad Monday morning stood out side till 8am

Looking for a paw patrol toy for my nephew. Found it on Asda website checked stock and price was £30. I drove to asda preston found the item took it to pay and found it was £40 took item to customer services was advised to get that price I have to get it online from the asda website...... but am stood in asda anyway. So I have to reserve and collect wait 3 days come back to the same store and then collect the same item from the same store???? How does that even make sense???? 🤯🔫 2022 and asda can't price match itself??? What world are you guys living in.....

No customer service whatsoever. Not shopped here for 18 months or so and now I remember why. No tills on at 8.25pm, huge queue for self scan and when I finally got to one no help when the computer almost immediately failed in its task. Hopeless. Won't be going back

Popped into the Preston Fulwood store to purchase a rice cooker advertised on the Asda website for university as I am a student with my dad. We checked the aisles where the electrical appliances are kept. We could not find the item we were looking for - which was fine. However we thought to ask a member of staff for assistance to view whether the item was kept in stock. We were passed from one person to another to a third whereby we were told misleading information regarding finding the product. We finally asked to speak with the duty manager who was rude and obnoxious, furthermore had no customer service skills whatsoever. She demanded a barcode off a product we did not have, for her to check availability. Nobody offered to check for us, apologise or give us an alternative way to get the item whether it be online or in store. Unbeknown to them my dad is a test shopper for major retail company’s and has over 30 years of retail manager experience. And sadly he has never come across such ill-mannered staff in his entire career. I would not recommend Asda as a place for a good shopping experience. It certainly has put us off shopping at Asda branches unfortunately.

Please privately contact me if you would like my dads details, he would love to speak with you.
