Tesco Express

A lady with short blonde hair and has a limped has really offended me as she has all the staff watching me because she thinks i'm going steal which is disgusting as i have live in paddock wood all my life and go in tesco most mornings and know alot of the staff i am really considering not going in there anymore as it makes me feel very uncomfortable and stop shopping at tesco even my monthly shop on line and go to waitrose or sainsbury instead.

This Tesco has the basics and you can buy what you need for a few meals, etc but it's very small and there always seems to be a long queue at the tills. The self checkout machine, of which there are two, work okay but get annoying very quickly when you have to wait for a member of staff to assist you.

Absolutely love this store. Never had such amazing customer service. The staff are super friendly, always feels like a local store. We've only lived here 3 years but the Tesco staff make us feel like locals. Thank you for fantastic customer service 🙂👌

Unfriendly staff- Been living in the village since I was about 4 and love the village love all the shops and Tesco's has been brilliant until recent, they now have another security guard which doesn't bother me, what does bother me is the fact me and my partner aged 21 and 23 are almost interrogated with stares from the new security guard everytime we go to shop in there and we normally use the self check out as easier and he almost stands over your shoulder checking you've scanned everything properly, I have never stolen from a shop nor will I and the fact that I'm made to feel as though I've done something is quite off putting will more than likely just shop at waitrose from now on although further and more expensive staff are much friendlier.

Not a bad shop and some of the staff are lovely however some of the staff need to pay attention young males in question that sell you the wrong tobacco at twice the price of the one you asked for not the first time this has been done by a certain guy andd can't refund as paid by card what a joke

Good place for quick shipping

Went into tesco Paddock wood today 15/10/22 and I've got to say the young black guy on the till was so polite well-manard what an asset to the store and company.
