Great little waitrose. Easy to shop. Queueing systems in place and sanitiser at entrance. Good mix of product. Excellent wine selection. Friendly staff and free parking in the Locks Heath shopping centre make this a great place to pick up a few bits.

First visit today to waitrose in Locks Heath since last Christmas. Despite dreary weather we parked up and made our way toward the entrance. There was a queue barrier but it was quiet so we went straight in. Good to note postboxes near the entrance.
Inside there was plenty of COVID signage and social distancing as well as Christmas displays.
Walking around it was evident that most of the shelves were full and there was plenty of choice to be had.
Great to see specialist counters including cheese and meats.
Pretty quiet so we were in and out easily. Plenty of screens at the tills and the self scan. Picked up a Christmas food brochure and left. Worth a visit again before Xmas.

Excellent Waitrose, friendly helpful staff. Brilliant range of food. Fondu was lovely. Can also recommend the cafe.

Excellent range of products, good quality and plenty of choice for vegetarians. Also a good range of prepared vegetables, to make eating well easy. Not the cheapest but not outrageous seeing the quality of the food. Also own brand products are good quality.

Ideally situated and well laid out. Used the Restaurant this time as was with granddaughters who needed food!
Pleasant staff, clean tables, well priced.

Great store. Excellent customer service, especially from Allison on the tills. Not too pricey if you get their essentials range.

Meh, it's Waitrose. Not as pricey as Sainsbugs or Co-Op but a bit pricier than Tescos or Asda. If can put up with the blue rinse brigade barging into you or the hipsters wandering around trying to look cool with Alfafa beans in the basket then it's fine.

Good coffee and muffin but should show more clearly you need a Waitrose card to get a muffin for a £1
