Tesco Express

I can't fault the staff or the store layout, but on few occasions, such as today 17th Oct at 10.30am, the shelf that contains sandwichs/ wraps etc was completely empty, I was hoping to buy the meal deal. As I started work at 11.00am. Surely retail employees need to buy lunch before their start time? Its not the first time this has happened. Surely you are pushing trade towards greggs or money allowing waitrose!

The Isles are so close together that I spend my time mostly avoiding bumping into people. Only use this apps for absolute essentials, I only managed to buy 3 things today.

Aisles are a little narrow so you keep bumping into people but they have everything needed. Pretty standard Tesco's

Terrible store with staff too committed to what each other will be doing after the shifts end. Too many basic customer services errors for my liking but it's on my doorstep so with headphones in I can't hear their gossip

Bought some food that was out of date ! One staff member was on his phone the whole time and the other staff members were talking to each other the whole time and not severing any one ! Absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, really nice staff. Definitely a nice shop to pop to for last minute essentials.

When I was in trouble and had collected my son from his nursery, my phone ran out! I needed the phone to get on the bus to get home with a 2 and a half year old.
I had been to loads of places.
I finally got help from this shop the staff were so kind and nice. They charged my phone and even got my son a sweet for being such a good boy. 🥰 my heart bleeds and has grown from there generosity and kindness. I will forever be thankful to them. We managed to catch the bus and get home x

It was a great pleasure to buy snacks in late night.
