Marks and Spencer

Very nice place with the cafe very clean, in fact the best I've seen in the marks and spencers cafe. My cheese panini was gorgeous like heaven and the kids were excited by the selection of cakes and treats. All-in-all a lovely pleasant experience for the family in this marks and spencers store.

Great store, wide range of products. Prices are fair , food is amazing but mostly staff are very nice

Popped into M&S Gloucester café with my daughter for a coffee at 3pm ish today (Sunday). Very quiet and a lady was being trained in making hot drinks. The man in front of us was already waiting for drinks and then we sat down and waited for about 10 minutes for ours. We appeared to be invisible whilst staff discussed how to do the drinks. When we finally got them the only contact made was “you haven’t paid”, which we actually had!
No apologies, explanations or even a smile!
M&S : surely you train your staff to do at least that before how to make a coffee? No more the ‘second to none’ service you used to be known for.

Marks and Spencer Gloucester is really awful store the staff are very abusive and unfriendly unhelpful and the whole place needs either to be revamped the clothes are too expensive and to out of date worst store in Gloucester and I would never shop in the store again

Helpful staff and very clean and tidy shop.

I love M & S and I always have done but I just didn’t feel safe in there last Thursday. Hardly any staff member was wearing face masks. Course I know it’s not mandatory to wear a mask but I’d thought that the safety of their customers would be paramount. I scurried out of that shop very quickly indeed which is a shame as I know they need my support.
