One of my favourite shops in the area. They stock a perfect range of goods, mainly from China, Korea and Japan, and you might find a few Thai condiments and sauces, all at an affordable price. The owner is really sweet, too!

A very helpful little local Chinese or far east ingredients shop, kimchi tofu.. if you can't find it there, they will order it for you. How's that for customer service?!!!

This is my nearest South East Asian grocers so I have been a few times. I decided to stop and go further afield as it is so crammed and dirty and often smells. The staff are also unhelpful/unfriendly and the owners make no effort with hygiene. There are way to many other options in London to shop here.

It's a very Chinese oriented food market. Lots of different types of products, but most of them are without English labels. Highly recommended for the overseas Chinese student.

I encourage you to check the expiry dates of the sauces/ condiments before you make your purchase. Last time I went, I saw a slew of expired chilli oil on the store shelves.

A good medium sized oriental supermarket with mainly Chinese items, but also Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnam. Has a very big selection of instant noodles and sauces + snacks and biscuits, a little bit of fresh food and some frozen. The goods are packed in, so the aisles are a bit tight. Although you can get a wheelchair through the entrance, you couldn't go around the shop.

Smells quite bad, but the selection of Chinese products is good. Would be nice if they gave everything a deep clean.

Enormous amount of dried noodles but would be nice to have a few more options for Japanese/Korean products like Mirin
