Clean and tidy. Nice and friendly service. Very good prices. Good products. Fresh meat, fruits, vegetables, baked. Frozen products. A large selection of beer and wine. A large store. A large parking. Disabled parking. Easy access. recommend

Tried this Lidl for the first time yesterday afternoon. Great choice of products with lots of room to shop. Would've been 5 stars but unfortunately felt very sorry for the man on the checkouts who also had to man the self serve checkouts with no one to help him. The sales assistant was lovely, approachable and chatty, but very clearly overworked. Management please address this as it just not fair to have one person doing everything.

Much more preferable than Aldi, food is fresh doesn't go off after one or two days and much more choice. Clean well layer out, plenty of tills available. Self service works well, good value price wise too.

Had a frightening experience this Sunday afternoon. Popped in to pick up a few bits just before closing time and half way round the shop the security officer told us very directly 'the shop is closed, go to the tills now' and continued to mutter in rude way. The man on the till had just finished flying around the shop on the floor cleaning machine and was in such a rush to close up and get home, he was shouting 'the till is closed'.
We felt very uncomfortable and harassed. We won't be going back to Tewkesbury Road Lidl. Bullies.

Shop nice and clean, shelves well stocked. Let down was man on till.. no customer skills at all.. no smile. Shame.

Don’t often get to Cheltenham but I needed to get a little shopping. It’s a nice spacious Lidl. A nice clean and tidy shop. Busy as expected on the Saturday. Everything I needed I found. Self service checkout I was lucky and didn’t need waiting. Easy machines to use. Member of staff there for any help if needed and they took my basket quickly.

Surprisingly big car park for a big store. Great selection of products in mostly reasonable prices. Very tasty bakery goodies and foreign meats. 1£ coin needed to get a shopping trolley.

Driven to shop here after Tescos ridiculous club card point system but so glad we did. On a £200 shop you will save between £30-£50 compared to Tesco. This is after my wife has had a tesco club card credit card for years and we have shopped there for years too. But so glad we changed. You will be too!
