I brought a meal deal from there and it had needles in the bacon

I've been to this branch a few times but a lady behind the counter name Asma on her badge was very rude, unhelpful and irresponsible each time, I've been waiting for so long while she was chatting with friends discussing family matters all the times. She has been failed to provide at least a fair costumer service. I honestly don't know if she was having a bad day but this was not a way to treat customers. I hope the manager will take notice of this misfortune and sort her out soon. I'll definitely write a complaint letter to the head office too.

This a security guard closes the store while I tried to enter. I’m a NHS Key worker. I have a night shift to go to and he flat out refuses to allow me to go in. And your Muslim and during Ramadan where’s your compassion?

They are lucky that they are getting a 1 star first thing that happened as soon as we walked in we were followed by the security like we are on a job to “rob the joint” the then man that was working was very rude when my wife asked for help with the self scan. I also scanned an item twice and need help with taking one item off and the women was muting under her breath and l looked my wife up and down. I will never use that shop again in my life. We were sat outside in the car waiting for food from somewhere else and the security was stand outside and started on 2 random people walking past

Tesco express green lane is amazing because when my grandad ask for Bread that has a long date until it expires they got it for him and the staffs are helpful ☺️

Fresh food, almost always fully stocked and also cheap.
