Lovely shop, friendly helpful staff, doesn’t feel like a big anonymous chain but a local shop, can’t fault it

Good for popping in for essentials. Cannot really do a full shop there as the range is limited however staff are really friendly

Oh dear. 3 days before Christmas and Asda bentalls Heybridge was so disorganized. Went early to get it done. Only one lady covered 7 self service checkouts also one regular checkout and tobacco/lottery. I already had shopping on conveyor belt, the one person serving had to see to a customer on self service, left me waiting. A lady from bakery went to get help. Eventually the store manager arrived, offered no solution, bakery lady said shall I serve on the checkout, manager walked away!! Bakery lady was lovely, but inexperienced on checkout, so, had to wait for original lady who then came off self service to serve me. Absolute nightmare. WHY aren't more staff on, and what let two go for breaks at the same time. Poor, very poor

Awful, terrible store. Just did an order, the order was changed and I wasn't informed and the order was then reduced to a small fee price and I was charged accordingly. Then I called and the store claimed it wasn't their fault and the changes should of come up in the app, which it didn't, because why would I off called? Then the teller was rude and pedantic, terrible store with terrible people working there. Awful don't buy from there, go to coop or Tesco. Coop do uber eats and snappy shopper, and if theirs any problems they call you and let you know and then refund you if necessary. Cost me money I simply didn't have. And couldn't go to the shop due to an injury. Awful store.

Lovely place to shop.
The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Stock a good range of products and have nice late opening hours for anything you need.
