ONE TILL OPEN AT 710pm! Plenty of self service tills if you have a few items, but some people don't want to do Sainsburys check out staff's job!

Dark skinned female employee in headscarf running the self service was rude and blamed me for the machine not working properly. Low standards for staff

Edit: just visited again and there was no pharmacist working there today with no reason given. More interested in virtue signalling than giving essential healthcare service.

Ok place to shop can be expensive depending what you want to buy. But there can be some good offers on. There is no restaurant facilities at all. There is a Costa on the about 5mins walk away.. The traffic can be quite bad driving into the car park and out again in fact it can get quite congested around the whole depending when you go shopping ..

Great on line shopping 🛒 for those you can't get to the place or hasn't have time because of work shift patterns or lack of vehicle the delivery team are friendly and helpful not one problem at all trustful and reliable it isn't very hard to do this on line if there is a problem with it ask a family member or friend or neighbour you can trust to help with the details there own brand products are just as good and always lots on offer with branded stuff just look threw what there are the fresh produces and baking section are plenty to choose from great Christmas deals now on have a good gander before you catch the goose

Nice large store with good range. But, only 1 staffed checkout open not that late in the day. I've heard that no more checkout staff are being hired to replace any who leave. Ridiculous! Just been to Tesco which is a much smaller store. They have 3 staffed checkouts open. I'm therefore boycotting Sainsburys!

I bought an item of clothing as a Xmas present from Sainsbury’s at the Wyvern but checked on leaving the returns Xmas policy and was told by 2 staff it was 30 days from today. I has it refunded before leaving the store. I was told the Xmas extended returns policy would start in Nov but I asked what was the point in selling Xmas clothes now if you had to return them before Xmas? They could not answer on customer services and were not really interested. I now think they are probably giving out incorrect information and in the process costing Sainsbury’s a lot of money.

Decent large supermarket, a bit heavy on non-groceries for my preference. Fairly good selection of products, but a bit lacking in some areas (pickles and olives section seemed very small).

Spaceous supermarket, generally very nice staff. Sells a very wide range of products. Only marred by the ladies toilets which were dirty, including spots of blood on a toilet seat that obviously had been there for some time. Only 1 out of 3 toilets had toilet roll and it wasn't in the dispenser. Only one soap dispenser had soap. The bin for paper towels was over flowing.
