Asda South Ruislip Superstore

In general staff is really friendly apart from those of the coffee shop who definitely seem they don't enjoy what they are doing and they are unfriendly. For example, today(11-11-2022 at 13:00), there was a waiter around 60s that was trying to get rid of me and serve other people. Beyond that when I ordered an espresso he tried to charge me £2.45 and then £2.15 although the price in the menu was £1.60. I mentioned that and then a female colleague of him came and confirmed the real price. It's not the first time when I visit the coffee shop when some members of the staff trying to charge me more for no reason and they are rude.

Plenty of parking, easy access for entry. An array of choice for all your shopping needs, fruit, vegetables, household items. Wines, spirits and beer everything you would need. Coffee shop as well should you need a rest.

I had a horrible experience in this store today! (5th November 2022 - 3:30pm). The Asian man who was on customer services was incredibly rude and petty! He refused to complete an exchange for me. Told me I had to go queue up again at the checkout because there was a long queue behind me at customer services - there were two people behind me! When I joined the queue there was 6 people in front of me, yet he completed exchanges for 3 of the 6 people ahead of me! He gave me a refund, refused to give me back my original receipt and snapped at me several times for no reason! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I will be reporting this to your head office customer complaints and I will NOT be returning to this store ever again!
This store does not even deserve one star!
And I see from previous comments that this store has several issues with rude staff! Management need to be take action or you will continue to lose many more customers!

Had me humming 'It asda be perfect' at first, by the time I saw the 3 boxes of Becks for £21 I was singing along at the top of my voice. Thanks to those that joined in , miserable sods those that chose not to and as for security, I am quite capable of walking out by myself.

Big and nice shop. Always busy but will receive parking space easily. Huge parking space is available. Varieties of food option available.

Busy. Car park was busy, but found a space quite easily, doesn't help when some people don't follow the signs!
The store was clean, and the shelves were well stocked. Got served quickly. Used the toilets, which were not very clean, floors quite wet, toilet tissue on the floor, plus one toilet blocked.

I signed up to the rewards app but it didn't work and £20 was taken from my account. Customer service put it back on but it disappeared again. I couldn't be bothered with Customer service again. They take too long to answer the phone. However I feel robbed 😕

Finally a big supermarket where you can find everything.
I love this coffe shop, they served pancakes, cakes, muffins, toast.. but what I like so much are the staff! They are extremely kind!
