Great store with very helpful staff. Large store with a large range of products and facilities. Self scan shopping available for a swift exit, but even at busier times there isn't too much of a wait to pay. Addition of an Argos store is also very useful.

Nice spacious supermarket.
Big car park also has a cafe sort of place on the first floor.
The supermarket seems to be well stocked with most produce.
Two areas that could be addressed-
1 More staff are needed to speed up the check outs and address any queries from customers not able to find particular items.
The London store have a better range of ethnic products- this maybe because there is less diversity in Chelmsford, but the clients I have been seeing in the are seem very diverse and mostly have seemed to moved out London and the surrounding suburbs

Massive store but Shame quality isn't big to meet expectations. Customer Services are useless and expecting to travel 85 miles back to store just for a refund. Purchased 1 portion of chicken nuggets, 1 southern fried chicken burger and chips from hot counter as was part of meal deal and omg the food was vile. Rock solid chicken nuggets, under cooked chips and a stone cold and stale burger. Absolutely a waste of money especially as customer services can not do anything about this issue.

Loads of fruit was going off on shop floor shelves especially grapes which was soggy and fluffy.

It's a massive super store, however, for the time visitor the layout is a bit of a mess, walking in I had no idea where to go to start off usually by buying my dairy products, the layout seems back to front compared to other retailers, when you walk in the first food item is meat products and then sandwich fillers etc. Eventually I got to the dairy section and then had to return back to where I started to buy my pizzas and other similar products. I wish there was an orderly layout but there wasn't.

Very busy but still very good
Petrol pump hose say’s long enough to do both sides? Not quite unless you park very close.

Good market, little more to spend than in tesco or asda, but on positive there is bigger range to choose from than tesco or asda. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Sainsbury's quality and standards have plummeted in the last 10 years. Expensive, inedible, disgusting food. Their sausages were vile
