Never before have I left any business having been made to feel so small and stupid. I went in only to post a few Christmas cards and buy a few essentials, and what did I get? Patronised by a rude and abrasive woman (owner / manager, I believe) who thought she knew better. I've bit my tongue and kept my nose out of the recent bad press around her branch as I'd never had an issue before - but after this morning I'm beyond angry. You don't speak to human beings the way I was spoken to, let alone your customers. I've watched that branch decline over the years from once the busiest convenience shop & post office in this area of the city, with 3 full-time staff and a lot of happy customers - to now just her and not a queue in sight. By not shutting this branch down Londis and Royal Mail are making a statement that they are OK being represented by people like this - and that is just wrong.

Owner thinks it's okay to pay hardworking teens in hot drinks because that makes sense somehow.

A great friendly local shop.
