I wish I could have words to describe my wonderful experience. The level of service is outstanding. I think this is the only shop magnificent. Sorry I just cannot describe. I wish I could give you 100 stars.
An example, I was at the checkout and I forgot on item and they brought it to me 😯. Also they are so polite and smiling. I mean thank you

Never crowded when I go there. Nice staff. Butchers and fishmongers. There are too many goodies to name. Loos are fine, clean. Good selection of non-dairy milk excellent, often on offer. My only complaint is the access. When driving up the slope (or down), the corner is so tight, the cars have so little room to pass and there is obscured vision, it is so badly thought out and designed.

Located in the repton manner area along the a28. There is plenty of parking around the back, they have closed the other 2 entrances though. They have a really good layout of the floor and a range of products are available on offer. There is a easy check out near the exit

Should be a 5 but a few staff members let the general running of the deli counter down. One in particular, although experienced, is passive aggressive and stoic whilst serving. We were refused a particular carve from ham, simply because she was being objectionable for no other reason than to be difficult and argumentative....Very matter of fact and irritating frankly - outright rude. Management (not the store manager as they were not there, and likely that's why poor behaviour ensues) don't seem to care either. Unless they improve the attitude among a few members of staff, the place will be far from how it could be. Retraining and a review of customer relations is most definitely in order, as its unacceptable for staff to brow beat customers on what they should be given. Bullish, snotty, moronic behaviour is what we experienced.

Just popped in for a couple of items...pleased to find some bargains too..will be back

A good store with friendly staff . A limited selection, items I like disappear never to be Seen again. Yet available at other stores. Apparently not popular????? Also closing at 8pm a real bore . What is great is fresh real meat and fish counter bread good too.

The shop was well stocked . It was clean and more importantly the staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas to you all.

Chased down the street after I paid for my shopping at self checkout. Staff member yells "your payment hasn't gone through"

I walk back into the shop to show my receipt, "oh my colleague said you had not paid"

What a joke, rude, discriminatory store.
