M&S Simply Food

This is one of the worst M&S Simply Foods that I've been to. Badly laid out both in terms of food layout and aisle construction so it's difficult to get through quickly. It also has a smaller selection of food than I see in most other Simply Foods. If it weren't for the convenience I would never visit this outlet.

£5 an hour for working on a Sunday in one of the richest parts of London while managers sit in the office all day not doing anything. Just when you thought that your life could not get any better!

This is a very small limited food only M&S I think good for someone who wants to pick up a quick snack or ready meal. It's near the Bond Street station so good for passengers who want a quick bite

Had to buy OAT milk alternatives and got Soya milk that was off despite being "fresh" TWICE, today and last week, same batch? Why is this batch still on the shelves? Please investigate, almost got poisoning here.

Tried to pay for my item on the self checkout, First attempt failed. In the meanwhile RAUSHABH was staring as if I was going to steal a small packet of basic biscuits from marks and spencer. Felt a little bit strange. Went out the shop to turn on remote purchases on my phone because signals in the store are really bad. Came back in to pay for the item, he’s still staring at my counter. There’s something majorly wrong with how he’s been trained. I used to pop in every other day. Ever since this incident I have NOT been! I don’t want to be made feel uncomfortable and be stared at if my payment doesn’t go through, not going to run out of the store with a 60p packet of biscuits. Disgusting!

Hi I bought an orange juice two days in row the price was £1.90 but I have charged £2!
I know is a little amount but ive been charged extra twice!

Staff with no social skills whatsoever. Scanned several more expensive items and got shouted at “YOU’VE NOT SCANNED THAT” 3 times in a row because the 65p rice hadn’t scanned. Caused unnecessary embarrassment. They need to train their staff on how to speak to other people because it’s just not acceptable. Eye contact, manners, vocal awareness? Really disappointing

I like abbit of M&S, especially Percy Pigs, I purchased a pack of Percy Piglets expecting the ratio to be pretty 50/50. Now personally, I prefer the jelly pigs as opposed to the mallow ones... so you can imagine my dismay at the mountain of marshmallow that greeted me in this pack! Almost brought me to tears if I'm honest, I was really looking forward to them. I guess I'll have to "suffer" them... 😂
