Sainsbury's Local

I have to say, this Sainsbury's local's staff are great. They seem to get to know their regulars as if it was a local family run business which is very odd because a lot of corporate shops like this just don't care. Keep up the good work.

Sainsbury's local is so over priced. Need second mortgage to cover the cost of a shop here. Simply marvellous contribution to reducing food waste made by reducing raspberry jelly by 10p. It's almost like they don't care whether anyone buys all that food that's about to go into the huge wheelie bin round the back. Feed the bin, feed the bin nom nom nom

Lacks cheaper lines , but that's expert from a convenience store . Found staff to be incredibly helpful like larger Sainsbury up the road . Unlike many supermarkets - especially those beginning with T - staff will actually go out of their way to help you out .

No-one behind the till this morning. When an assistant appeared she didn't speak to me but was closely followed by the young woman who should have been there. The only words that she spoke were "do you want the receipt? ". In times of Covid some politeness would have been welcome and an understanding that for some older customers that might have been the only interaction for several days.

worst shop. Few times I ordered delivery via the app, they always sent wrong products. I don't know how blind you must be to not see the difference between pork and beef.

Normal small sainsbury but fast service at till

Great little local store for getting essentials items.

Rubbish.... 1st time used uber eats to dleiver, my order was picked up by a random driver and Sainsbury's rang me and told me it was up to to cancel the order with uber even though they admitted giving it to the wrong driver, what Sansbury - you are at fault. Lots of drivers kept coming in to pick up the order at Sainsbury as the uber system only records and actual pick-up and of course mine had been given to the wrong driver who evidently just kept the order.
Sainsbury rang me again and told me to stop sending uber drivers to pick up the order despite the fact they had obviously made the mistake and handed it to the wrong driver, no apology I was made to feel it was my fault by the clerk who rang me.
I spent about 30 mins calling a non UK based call centre who finally cancelled the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
