Sainsbury's

Small city centre store. The parking slots at street level are a little small. Better to park underground.
The variety of goods on sale is obviously limited by the stores size.
The toilets aren't up to date.
The photos are of London Colney Sainsbury's which is a five star store.

The staff are very friendly. It's a small store but it seems to have everything you will need. Quality of food is great.
COVID measures still in place and it's very clean.
Disabled friendly. Wheelchair and scooters available for people to use in the store

Not the best located Sainsburys I have been to and to be honest it was not that well sign posted to actually get in to the car park area this was on the upper level and has limited spaces for normal cars but plenty of disabled parking however a further underground car park is available, I was in a rush so did not have time to look at store in detail however I managed to get the food and drink I required just about as the selection of sandwiches was not that big and to pay for these was easy enough and quickly to get on my way

Awful and rude customer service. The woman at check out accused me of leaving without payment, once I said that wasn't me she just said "oh" and turned away without apologising, even after telling me "have you no shame". Disgusting behaviour.
Train your people to pay better attention to your customers and do not accuse people without fact checking. Absolutely horrific.

I feel n tripped outside the store. The staff and security guard were second to none...showed empathy n humanism. I had to go to a n e...but they stayed with me

Great customer service. Well stocked with Xmas gifts and food stuff. Parking space always available.

Nicely laid out medium size store with good parking. The store is nicely laid out with clear signs marking where things are. The store stocks your usual groceries, plus a range of other items including magazines and newspapers, stationery, clothing, DVDs, ipod/laptop accessories (usb cables, USB sticks, card readers etc). It's always worth keeping an eye out for special offers and reductions. Now has an in-store Argos located at the back. Can be busy at times though.

Big Sainsbury's with TU clothing and Habitat supplies in abundance but the vegetables racks were very empty. Also all the eggs had vanished but world food section had some pleasant surprises. Might be because I went on New Year's Eve but I have been several times and have never been able to find all the items on my shopping list in this Sainsbury's. But if I need any Habitat items I can guarantee this branch will have it in abundance. Their salad bar is now an argos unfortunately. It disappeared during the pandemic and never made it back
