Ksm choose to take money or card when they want. Lastt time I was there I hiad to pay twice on several bills on my card. As they were being difficult, considering, I have been going to ksm for twenty years. Now I don't go there to much.

Went in there to return a package the owner cussed me out saying that the package was too big even though it was smaller than the maximum dimensions.

Really good place. Been going here for the past 15 years.

No longer a dhl service point, although shows online as one!

The most awful shop. The owners are a husband and wife. Wife is surly but just about okay. The man is rude, arrogant and extremely lazy. Would not take parcels he had a contract to take and he is paid for - indirectly by me - because entering details manually would take 20 seconds longer!!
When pointed out that he has to take the parcel he was rude, almost oafish. Totally ignorant behaviour - and he's the owner. Hope a lorry crashes into the shop! - only joking!

I come here to post parcels regularly and they are very efficient. The staff are fairly quiet but I wouldn't say rude like some of the other reviews! Never had a problem, always in and out with my stuff posted quickly ☺️

The older woman who works in there is rude, nasty and a bully, she will serve people who were behind me in the queue. She always had it in for me. Even though she looks worse than I do, I don't go in there anymore, I do not have to tolerate bullying when I am a paying customer, there are plenty of other bigger, better and cleaner shops.

Local Collect+ drop off point, covid measures in place and staff were friendly.
