Iceland Supermarket Hayes

A small friendly supermarket with polite and helpful staff most of the time. I relied on this store a lot during the lockdowns and so has developed that sense of community. A good range of fresh, tinned and frozen food is available here.

Visited Iceland @ Hayes End wasn't to bad just found it compact, isles not very big. If move then one person walking up and down with trolley it becomes difficult. Love the shop even with its problems. Found staff helpful when you couldn't fine items 😊👍

Quite cramped inside. No free from selection. The home delivery is still going which is beneficial to a lot of people.

The only issues are the queue can be so long as they always seem to be understaffed, it’s quite crammed and can’t always tell where the line is if using middle tills.
Maybe add in self-service or just a general revamp.
Staff are generally helpful and nice in there.
