Tesco Express

Very very very rude staff, not against yelling at you without motive or shoving your bag of purchased goods at you once you've paid. A perfect example of Tesco caring about quantity not quality, this place has nothing worth buying and is filled with employees who don't care. An independant grocers would be a lot better.

The worst local shop I've ever been forced to rely on. I feel sorry for some of the staff who try, having to carry others, let alone the non existent manager. Restocking takes place at peak times, food is poorly stored and left out of fridges for extended periods of time, systems are not updated so deals do not go through as advertised. Let alone it being busy, dirty, and poorly designed. It's a disaster that could be improved drastically if a competent manager came in.

Really rude and poor customer service to just go ahead and serve a person pushing in front of others. As Tesco employees they should remind people where the queue starts instead of allowing an idiot to walk straight up to the till and cut in. The audacity to still go ahead and serve that person- it really does reflect on the branch has having employees with really poor standards and below average skills.
I guess the same employees would probably allow people to just walk out of the store with items and not bat an eyelid either. Tesco you need to train your staff- tut tut!

Sat 24th Nov 18- notice on the front saying “Sorry this store is closed due to Health & Safety Reasons.” What the hell is going on at this store? Is there a pest infestation? This doesn’t leave customers with any reassurance or timespan for closure. No transparency. There is nothing on the website to stop people making wasted journeys. Website still shows open 7am to 11pm for the week ahead. Dreadful.

A bit cramped especially at checkout and lack of staff to help in the checking out process. Very uncomfortable to pay for goods here.

Local Tesco, nothing more to say really as it is your everyday small and limited expensive supermarket.

Very rude staff members. The security guard has a real attitude problem and he is rude. I was told by one staff member, after I was sold an incompatible cartridge for a vape which I also purchased from there, that I should have used my brain and that it's not his fault that it doesn't fit the vape!
