Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a pity that the huge reduction of manned check out points leads to queuing each time I visit.I refuse to use automated ones ,for people living alone that brief chat is important.
The reduction in cash points from 2 to 1
has resulted in no service being available on several visits in the past year

I've been into many supermarkets and I can honestly say that the staff at Sainsbury's in Taplow are the most helpful and kind staff I have ever come across. I was looking for a particular product and when I approached a member of staff to ask for assistance I was expecting the usual 'if it's not on the shelf we don't have it', but no I was wrong, the lady that helped me... Forgive me for not asking her name, went over and beyond to help. She started by checking the shelf before having a look at the stores inventory on her device, the item was not available however she kindly checked what day it was expected in the delivery and gave me this information so that I didn't make wasted journeys back and forth whilst waiting for its arrival. She was extremely kind, I am very very greatful and without a shadow of doubt will most definitely be shopping there again.

I mean it's just like any other sainsbury. It's clean, easy to find and very willing staff help guide you. I remember when I went here with my mum when I was younger for shopping a lovely worker would always talk to us and help us.

This place is absolutely top top do your daily shopping. Their 🍓🍒 fresh and they have customer service assistants who's happy to help.

I have received an injection from Pradip , the pharmacy manager, and was happy with the whole service. I wasn’t asked to fill in any extra forms (which they normally ask you to do even if you have filled the online form), he called my name literally at my appointment time so there was no delays, and the injection was done skilfully, no blood or issue what so ever. I have done injection in the same pharmacy before during the weekend and I didn’t feel the pharmacist was comfortable doing it and eventually it affected how I felt about the experience but Pradip was great, can’t recommend more!

Always easy to park. Store never seems too crowded. Range of food is good. Fruit alway looks fresh. Do like hopping there

Mispricing is all too frequent here. Staff lazy and some younger ones will even swear as part of their conversations with fellow young colleagues.. needs a proper conversation from Regional Management to find out why

Very clean, well managed and staff go above and beyond. The shelves are always well stocked with lots of products. The only problem is that customers forget what a one way system means in the parking lot!
