Tesco Express

The checkout is illogical. There were 8 people queueing to pay but the cashiers would serve someone who came around the side. The only supermarket chain fron Brixton to Streatham that doesn't serve people equally. Everyone is queueing to pay yet this team want to leave it to chance about who gets served when out of 2 queueing options. Make it simple. Make it fair. Make it 1 queue.

Tesco needs to sort their staffing issues out. How can i be stood in a queue for more than 10 mins. One person on tills n this is a superstore. The cashier looks over worked n underpaid. Wont be shopping here again in a hurry!

a long queue all the times ,never enough staff at the cashier ,please get it sorted this is ridiculous 🙄 1 hour on the queue.

I would avoid this shop. I tried to pick up a parcel and was told to come back after 5pm due to short staffing. I asked to speak to a manager about this and then they told me it was due to a system being down and to come back at 2pm. I asked which one was it as I have been told different stories and the shift leader just shrugged his shoulders. I explained that I couldn’t come back later and was spoken to rudely by the shift leader. I asked how to make a complaint and he just walked off. Really poor service.

Self checkout is a joke, if you use a coupon and get an error then you are stuck waiting for ten minutes until a rude employee finally decides to help you.

When I went for the money gram today , staff doesn’t know anything about money gram and when I spoke to manager , they just told me to come after one hour . Seriously Is this called a money gram service?

Nice Tesco. Would have given it 5 stars if they would open earlier on Sunday morning (currently 11 am) and if they had an ev charger in their parking lot.
