The store is very convenient for me, the staff are always friendly and helpful and I can normally find whatever I need on the shelves. My one caveat is about the lack of serviced tills, one of the pleasures was to go through the checkout and talk to the staff member on till duty, now there never seems to be more than one or two open at any one time and the push is for customers to use the automatic self serve tills where, in busy times, one over worked staff member has to answer all the queries. Please consider the matter, many people prefer to use serviced tills and it helps make the shopping process less like a duty and more like something approaching a pleasure.

Wide range of products and good customer service. They also have toilet for customer and place for used batteries, ink cartridges, water filters

This store is general good and you can find mostly the things you need. And It’s good to see that they’ve finally hired some new, genuine and polite staffs in the past 12 months, but you can still find the other usual staffs here who are just rude, miserable, unhelpful and lazy. Especially the one who seems like a senior member of staff, always with his mobile phone in his hand while on duty, SITTING on the scales at the self-check outs, and customers had to always call for his help and then he will give you an unwillingness-to-get-up-look before slowly walking towards them to help at those faulty self check outs that always need attention. I’m sure many regular shoppers will know what I’m talking about.
I live locally and shop here very often for the past 8 years, but I won’t be shopping in here anymore since I’ve been accused of stealing and treating me as a criminal when these faulty self check-out scales never work properly!! And I wonder why they don’t work properly?! I feel sorry for your company having to spend so much money to maintain these scales but your staff sits on them most of the time!
Now I can enjoy a longer walk to many other supermarkets in Lewisham to do my shoppings!

Been living right next to this Tesco for around 6 months. It’s not bad but the shelves are not stocked hugely well resulting in having to go to Sainsbury’s in the shopping centre to get the remaining groceries. Very few small trolleys and not usually many tills open at once. It’s handy that’s it’s open late on weekdays though

Many products replaced now with cheaper alternative one's. Seen prices growing weekly and hitting the pocket. See people buying full carts to resell in their stores. Shelves with fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs often empty. Not much variety offered in 1 season. Some shelves rearrangement has added confusion and seems to make no sense to put such products next to each other. However staff is always helpful and doing great job assisting people.

I went to tesco this morning with my husband. After 1.5h of shopping we were totally freezing . All the staff were wearing hats and gloves and jackets. You put the prices up on almost every product yet cannot “afford” heating ? Inhumane treating of your staff will be reported to ACAS. I wont be coming back anytime soon.

I regularly shop at this store and almost every time I go there are no baskets for customers. You will often see customers having to search for them among the self service tills or other checkouts. I have mentioned this to Tesco customer service multiple times and they've said they will make improvements but nothing has changed.

As well as this there are only two cash self service tills open (out of 8-10 tills) and it's clear from my visits more customers want to use cash but then have to wait for ages.

To me this store generally lets down the Tesco's brand as other Tesco's I've shopped at don't seem to have this issue. Therefore if you can I'd recommend avoiding this store and shopping somewhere else.
