Asda waterlooville always had nice clean and fresh smelling WC’s , this is no longer the case you have to hold your breath to use this facility now , it looks like they have no bleach left on there shelves , come on ASDA get them WC’s smelling sweet again
What a joke, take your signs down and take yourselfs out of the system.
Very poor
Unless the store sort this issue MANY people will go elsewhere
I would like to recommend Pat in your optical department for a good service award if you have such a thing.
I visited just under a year ago for two pairs of glasses only to find that they didn’t really fit comfortably but soldiered on.
It got to the point that I couldn’t continue putting up with the discomfort so I decided to go back.
After speaking to Pat she said that they are not the right size frame and then proceeded to help me choose replacements to which I am truly grateful. I’m now looking forward to getting my new glasses.
Well done Pat
A lady named Wendy, who was apparently the manager, was extremely rude to me when I tried to clarify why the discount was denied. I had provided proof of my blue light card on the app alongside my card I was using on the Barclays app with the exact same name on both. I was told that I have to have a physical bank card in order to obtain the discount and told to check the terms and conditions in a very sarcastic manner. I even showed Wendy my bank account, she looked at the details including the name and amount in my account and STILL declined with the excuse that 'I still need to see your physical card'.
Overall, pretty disgusted at the woman's attitude. Management should be approachable and welcoming - not patronising and sarcastic towards customers.
It wasn't the discount that annoyed me the most, it was the dismissive attitude - I'd like to think that in this cost of living crisis, when someone is proving their entitlement to a discount that is just £3, that the person would not be humiliated and refused. Nice one asda.
