A queue is set outside the store and people can only go in after someone goes out.
Prices don't look to be hiked which is a good thing.
There was stock in most of.the products missing things like olive oil and the toilet rolls.selfcheckout is reduced to just a few tills and there's someone controlling that you don't take more articles than you need.
Good improvement.
I suggest that they try to include Mexican products such as corn flour (MASECA), or corn tortillas to vary a bit and get to know the true flavor of a taco, because generally people confuse Tex-Mex food with real Mexican food and there are a lot of difference between the two seasonings.
Greetings and thanks.
After passing a year since they have removed the inside store toilets, they could not manage to let at least one for the disable people and pregnant women.I had a very disappointing and very bad situation yesterday. being in the third trimester of pregnancy is had for me to walk and I really needed assistance for going to the wash rooms. The security guy was not helpful at all, his statement was go to public toilets which are opposite street because even if you will speak to the manager, the manager will not leave you to go to the staff washrooms!!! Like Seriously? I was barely walking, and in pain, and their statement was to go public toilets? This is my worse customer experience ever, they were seeing me nearly collapsing over there, and no care or support from their side. I was going barely with my fiancé to the public toilets and on the way back, I was talking to the manager(middle age Asian woman) her statement being that there is no cafe, therefore no toilets and I can go and make a complaint! What an answer!!! Why then Tesco or Waitrose or M&S have one even if there are no cafes ??? For such a big store, there should be compulsory a washroom for the disabled people and pregnant women!!!That was not an excuse at all for such a famous and big store brand in the UK!!! Very, very disappointed and on the way of avoiding any sainsbury's stores for all my family and friends I know!!!!
