Staff can be very rude. Especially when you want to pick up a click n collect parcel, according to them "your package isn't important to us"

I have been coming to this store for 20+ years since I moved to the area. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. There is a great choice of things to buy, and particularly enjoy their chilled section which has lovely sandwiches and snacks.
