horrible customer service. staff are always on their phones, either on snapchat or making personal calls. even the security guards! anyone could take anything, and they wouldn’t even notice. absolutely horrible store

Unfortunately absolutely no choice in this tesco, normaly even express tesco have resent choice,but this is so poor with everything, cant believe its still open 😢

I visit this store quite regularly and never had issues, service most of the time is very good from female employees but tonight I was tak3n care of by a male employee. It was very bad. First of all I was served after he finished chatting ... then there was no hi, no nothing he was chucking my shopping all over to scan it, chucked bag on the top and told me how much I had to pay. I had to ask him that I also want cigarettes and I have tesco card. Then he proceed to count the money I gave him, first time he counted it wrong. Like seriously... the feeling I got it was that he actually made me a favor to sell anything for me and customer presence bother him.

The worst ever! Last night I was assaulted in that shop, a couple pushed me and shouted at me for no reason, and the security person and staff did nothing. They shruged their shoulders and said that it happens and it is normal. Even the supervisor said that the police won't do anything about. But they will, I reported it and they are investigating. I will as well, I will make sure they will be caught. People are assaulted in that area and killed outside the shop because the staff are encouraging this behaviour. If no one does anything, we won't be safe at all when going out or shopping. I am so disappointed, I don't go shopping to be assaulted.

Raj was very helpful, patient, friendly and understanding. He solved the issue with my lotto ticket without hesitation. He is a great example of excellent customer service! I suffer from anxiety, so shopping is not always a good experience. I sincerely Hope others in the store learn from him. He is a credit to your establishment. Thank you Raj
