If I could this place zero stars I would, appalling staff (bar a couple) who have no interest in customers. Most are just lazy with a bad attitude who avoid having to do any work.

Depending when you go the shelves can be full or completely empty that it looks like they’re closing down. When they are restocking the shelves the staff just leave cages of products blocking the aisles making it very difficult to shop. The mix of products is poor, the Costcutter across the road has a far better selection

Although it would be convenient to shop here as it’s near the station the continually poor customer experience stops me going. Better to avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else.

Great baked goods, especially the croissants!! Staff is friendly but often not sure whether they actually have an item or not and where to find it. But they'll check and search for you. You get the essential and basic stuff, but they're often out of stock (especially the meat section is sometimes half empty)

Do NOT order over deliveroo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not bring a lot of things that I ordered on my food shopping list!!!!!!!!!! Still took payment!! Never again. Ruined dinner

I wouldn't usually leave a review for a supermarket ...but just have to compliment this store because the staff are always so nice and helpful.

You might want to check the discount labels because for the past few days I have been purchasing the Starbucks drink when it was on discount, but when I came back to get it again on my last day ,it was still on discount that's what it says on the label, today I came to scan the item whilst it is still on discount (says on the label) but when I scan it , itis not

Deserves no stars. Staff have no customer service training, are rude and unhelpful. They are not prepared to help with Smartshop issues. I wasted my time in there due to their equipment fault and gave up on my shopping. Staff not bothered one bit that they'd lost a customer. Really needs new management.

Useful staff, clean and well organised.

Vary recently they started putting items with a very short expiry date. Like yesterday I bought a box of tiramisu, today I got it out of the fridge to discover it's expiry day was yesterday. Really!? It has happened on multiple occasions in the past but what happened today just got me leaving this review.
Most staff are nice and helpful, although very often quite busy.
