Prices are cheaper but it's dependent on some brands. Purchase through Scan machine not working properly. Struggle to add & delete. This may cause you guilty while checkout because of scan problems. Please don't use scan by own machine.

This woman ( in the picture below )started on me for no reason whatsoever! asking me if I have a problem with her whilst I was packing my shopping, I was totally confused when I told her i will be making a complaint she told me to go away and not come back to her till, it was so unprofessional! she even went as far as following me out of the store telling security I have a problem with her. She clearly has some kind of mental health issues and should not be working in a customer service role. I felt very intimidated by her, I was with my six year old son at the time, this incident took place today at around 2pm. This lady was very rude and aggressive towards me.If you are shopping in this asda please avoid this lady especially if you are with your children. The security guard was really understanding and dealt with the situation appropriately.

Visit here regularly for their fuel. It's one of the cheaper options in the neighborhood. Decent collection of world foods, especially halal options.

But beware of some items on the shelf post best before date have been seen a few times.

Asda prices are definitely cheaper compared to other supermarkets! Depending on what offers they have. I do like their fruit and veg! I like using self scanning machine, however I have been in there a couple of times in the morning and none of the machines were charged. They also didn’t have any shopping trolleys in its designated area! This happened first thing in the morning when they open and you hope it would be better organised.

3/12/22 - I went at 8am this morning, same problem! A few handsets but not charged. One of the staff member mentioned something about staff not putting them on charge at night and actually asked me to leave feedback! So here you go with pictures! Please do better. Thank you 🙏🏽

Very busy store some of the staff are very helpful not to say others you know what I mean I am not to complain but the management should look in to it .
If they really want there customer to come in regularly.

Big Asda supermarket petrol. Large selection of products available. Staff has been very helpful and polite. Good Prices! There is also an Asda Petrol station on site and a hand car wash.

I'm personally an Asda customer, I think that Asda has the best prices on groceries when compared to Tescos, Sainsbury and morrisons, only downside at least for this store is that the store is not really good looking, I would suggest to one of the managers to improve ambient lighting most of the areas are quite dark, also improve heating this particular Asda location it's freezing cold especially as you go through the main door, you should make your customers as comfortable as you can while they shop so they'll buy more. Also something else I would change is the position of the products on the shelves most of the times everything is messed up, seems like that the staff doesn't do a really good job in keeping the place nice and tidy at all time.

The store itself is good to shop in, but if you need to visit the toilet during your shop, you may wish you never had to. I will definitely abstain from visiting the toilet in the future, absolutely disgustingly unhygienic.
