Asda is a great place to shop for all household items and accessories.
There was ample parking spaces and a lot of electric charging bays. There is fresh fruit, veg, clothing, home wares including candles, fragrances, stationery, back to school accessories as well as breads.

Though some shelves were empty - I could see staff stocking them up.

There is also a range of frozen foods, a large selection of wines, spirits, beers and carbonated drinks and water.

The fresh bakery has a choice of breads, cakes and pizzas made to order

All in all a good shopping experience with cheap and reasonably priced options.

Had a lovely experience at the coffee shop this morning with my mum and baby. Damien and Shaun were both very friendly and professional and they really do provide service with a smile. The place was busy but they kept going over to customers to reassure them that their food was on its way.
Damien had also been very kind on another occasion when my daughter was drawing a picture for the art gallery. He made her feel very special and told her that her art work would always be there whenever she wanted to see it. Will definitely be going back and you can’t knock £1 for soup and coffee for over 60’s and 5 items for the children…absolute bargain! Well done to the coffee shop!

This is my local supermarket and has been since I moved to the area 5 years ago, the service used to be great however I have watched it decline over the years with staff treating customers with zero respect at all. it seems the staff only want to do the bare minimum and kick up a fuss even if you ask for so much as a carrier bag. If you ask where a product is located they pluck a random aisle out of the air and send you on your way knowing it’s the incorrect aisle. But don’t dare bring any of this to the attention of other staff members they’ll only gang up on you and disrespect and embarrass you in front of other customers. Evening shift staff members are the worst! So if you do have to visit the store your best bet is to go in first thing in the morning get in and get out! Or save yourself the trouble completely and shop at another local supermarket. They also state that this is a 24 hour store haha! Don’t waste your time this hasn’t been a 24 hour store since before the pandemic first started.
save yourself the trouble go elsewhere!

I've been to this store a few times. But tonight the customer service was bad. My friend asked a lady down a isle for help for a friend of Hers cos Her friend didn't speak good english & she come across quite rude & didn't seem She wanted to help & didn't want to show us, anyway my friend asked for some advice on some Constipation tablet ask if she could advise what is good to buy, the lady turned around said to my friend no I can't give you advice I dont work for the pharmacy! Some of your staff need some manners or learn how to talk to their customers & be more helpful even if they are busy it what they get paid for as well as doing store duties is helping people it only takes a couple of minutes...

Just in trapped for an hour at tills with queues two aisles long. It’s going to be busy on Sundays so open all the tills - put managers on them get queues sorted. No one organising the crowds either! Saw loads of people just dump their baskets and leave. Messy untidy store, tonnes of empty boxes on shelves, staff disinterested, one abrupt man on self service tills at night, no open serving tills. Long queues.

I always go in with a list and come out with more than I went in there for.
Good variety of sale items.
I tend to order clothes online and then go and collect at their booth, especially for baby clothes, children’s clothes and UNIFORM.
Searching for children’s uniform can be a nightmare in store so always check online if you can.
There are separate aisle for clothes, home essentials and of course groceries.
Photo booth and the collections & returns booth are downstairs by two big lifts.
Cash machine is outside by the pick up point.
Large enough area for parking.
Atleast 3/4 double doors to go enter/exit the store.

Fairy decent experience today with the manager who kindly convinced us to sign up to the Asda shop app to get points and money back on our shopping. He was really polite and went step by step showing how to download the app and sign up as my mum isn’t best with technology. Think his name was Ian, thanks again!

complaint to the security here where I was hit by a car in their parking lot and they didn't offer me any help! in their parking lot it's like in the jungle! extremely many people drive at VERY HIGH speed, as if they were at a RALLY! The person who hit me with the mirror, you would do humanity good to leave your license with the POLICE! Good people, avoid parking!!! use the bus to avoid being victims!!!
