Good, clean layout and friendly staff. Downside is that it tends to stock the pricier items in each range and therefore costs more than a larger Sainsbury's

I bought 2 croissants supposedly be with choc/hazelnut filling...turned out to be with butter. Now if I was allergic to dairy I could have got a shock for which I could have taken legal action against the store. Careless bunch of dilettants. I will avoid this store forever.

Small but has good choice of products so it's good even for a bigger shopping. Staff is always very nice!

Most Staff are very nice and professional apart from the old man on cigarettes/alcohol tills. He needs to mind his own business and do his job..if a customer needs help there will ask... he needs to take it easy. He trieds his hurry and get out the store approach with me last week.... I gave him my “Back the f...up look” at him and he stepped back. Today he was okay with me...

The store has been so handy during the lockdowns and the staff especially
Chloe and Abdul are so helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located near the train station with on street parking around the corner. Well stocked and a great place to grab last minute items.

At approx 10pm today, the blonde woman that works there ran up to me and told me I can't use my own bag as a basket. Something I've done in all shops during this pandemic season and I've had no issues. Apparently its against company policy she says 🙄 and ran away when I told her where to go basically. She thinks I'm gonna steal the food. Stellar customer service in this place. They need to re-train their staff to stop harassing customers.
