The guy inside was listening to music, living in his world while washing something in the sink.. the door locked, could not get in...

Ordered through Uber eats and they forgot half the order and got another item wrong. Basically stole money from us.

Tried too many times to order some items that I needed. They always cancel the order. Just remove your shop from the apps if you are so lazy to prepare orders. Cheers ✌🏻

At this very moment, I've just experienced the night staff crush a tube of Pringles, then refuse to sell me another tube. I was polite with him and walked away after asking him to get me another one. He tried to tell me the Pringles we're not broken. I wasn't about to argue with him but I thought this would hopefully encourage him to employ some customer service skills.

The lady today who was working is a liar. I went to the shop with a voucher code from my electric providers and she said she won't do it, so I left and come back and said I have had it done here before no problem, why won't you do it? Her reply she don't know how, so you left an untrained person alone to Lone trade?? What sense does that make? Please do not leave untrained staff alone in the shop all it does is annoy all involved. I get annoyed because I was lied to saying there was no option to put in the code to now being untrained on the machine. She staff was prob annoyed because I was adamant I have had it done here before. Save everyone by training staff fully before being left alone or have staff memebers able to take calls during these times so this won't happen again

Do not go after 9pm, you cant go inside and queues are horrendous outside as they sell alcohol 24 hours a day. And there is only one staff member running around getting the stuff. You will be waiting a while!

Waited over 3 hours for a simple order. Still not arrived and no way to contact them to find out what's going on. Shambolic. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 hours ago.....still waiting. Update later.
