Swiss Deli London

We visited this shop while we were staying at Palmer's Lodge Swiss Cottage. The owner was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. You can create your own sandwich with a lot of different ingredients to choose from. Also the prices are totally fine for London!

Randomly chose Swiss Deli for lunch on my way to a hospital appointment. Food was good and reasonably priced, but what really made the experience was the fantastic service and relaxed atmosphere. Immediately felt very comfortable, very friendly and helpful gentleman serving, for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble with any of his customers. Truly excellent, and I'll definitely be stopping in again on my way to the next appointment. Kudos, and thank you.

Such a shame that this wonderful sandwich shop and Deli has been ruined by the new owners, who as a rule wish to do as little as possible and stay in the backroom using there laptops whilst putting the running of the Deli in the hands of just One relatively new member of staff (whom is a lovely man but his understanding of orders at time leaves a lot to desire) If you ask for them to come and assist... at times they are happy to do that. But sometimes they are not interested and the level of service from them is almost non existent. Also the sandwich filling stock can be good and bad. With some stuff on display for over a week and not fresh. Sometimes the sandwich filling choices are good. But there seems to be a problem with reordering the stock and choice of fillings are limited. Also don't ask for toast as they have no toaster and a poor run of the mill grill. As I said at the beginning of this review it is such a shame that this business has gone downhill. Myself and a lot of the businesses regular loyal customers have taken there business elsewhere and I fear more will follow suit. For the owners sake I hope they turn it around otherwise lack of customers in the month's ahead could see the business struggle to continue IMO

Great service by the owner, who is clearly passionate about the business and willing to talk and be friends with his customers. Also, tasty baked goods. Will be back!

Amazing experience, Michael is a well versed, well mannered human being that makes you feel like home when you get in.
The food is great and the coffee is to die for.

The best place to stop by in the morning after a school drop off! The fresh croissants and coffee are a delight. The owner Shivam is a therapeutic positive individual which can make anyone his friend. He knows the know how of the neighbourhood extremely friendly and courteous. A delight to meet! It’s an experience by itself! So sip your coffee while your loaded with positivity! Other recommended drink would be a hot teapigs ginger lemon tea with an avacadoe with spice.

Amazing place and great staff! I had a sandwich there and as you can see my sandwich was super tasty! Would definitely go back!
