Worker with headscarf is absolutely useless. Asked her for BABY FORMULA that I couldn't find on the shop floor, she almost went to check in the back then used the typical lie 'if it's not there, theres none in the back'. BABY FORMULA! Why lie?? Very disappointed will definitely be filling a complaint.

Good selection but, given that the store has posters outside correctly advising customers to wear facemasks, I would suggest that the staff lead by example and wear some kind of masks as well (when walking around the store) to protect both the food and their customers.

The WORST STAFF ever, especially Nikita. Seams like these people never been tought how to behave in public.

I use this shop out of convenience and only when desperate and each time I shop there it’s like watching Jerry Springer an episode.
Dear Sainsbury’s please find new staff that doesn’t scare your customers!

I'm usually ordering to deliver. They never have what the website says and then send totally something different

Terrible customer service today! This is my local Sainsbury’s which I’ve been coming to for over 5 years. I can honestly say today was one of my worst experiences to date. Some of the staff need to be trained on how to speak to customers and identify errors in colleagues.

Today when I went into this sainsbury 's the Asian security guard kept flicking the security alarm when Black and Eastern European customers would walk in. I was observing the whole thing. He even did it as I was walking out of the store when I already had paid at the self check out. As I was walking out a white couple walks in and he didn't sound the alarm at all.

I will be making a complaint because this is racial profiling.

Convenient Sainburys Local located in the main road, with parking accessible for a quick stop for some essential food items. Reasonable selection of most items, including small fresh bakery items.

I use the store regularly out of convenience, however the staff are terrible and seem to be getting worse! I have seen staff having full blown arguments across the shop, involving and elderly white guy sat behind the front counter and a young slim girl in a head scarf. Staff don’t listen to customers and I haven’t just experienced this I’ve witnessed it with other customers!
But most troubling and worst of all for myself as a single parent, a healthcare worker who works long shifts- when a store says it’s closing at 11 pm I expect it to close at 11 pm, not 10:45. Continually I turn up at the store and it’s shutting down way before 11. I’m also pregnant and I had to walk around the store in trepidation tonight as the store had wet floors the entirety of the shop and a staff member was closing down all the shutters on the fridges. I decided to give up on my shop and exit quickly as it was just so uncomfortable-I should’ve had 15 minutes relaxed experience in order to pick up a few items for tomorrow and the weekend but that was not the case it was just rushed and awkward and uncomfortable.
As I left All the staff, except for the one male staff member (Who had taken down all the shutters on the fridges), left the store at 10:54 pm and the guy locked the door at this time a full 6 mins before closing time. I know it may seem like a small amount of time to some, but as a parent and healthcare worker who relies on being able to get to a shop locally & expects for a shop like Sainsbury’s to be open until the time it states-it’s really disappointing and Sainsbury’s really need to look at why the store is getting so many bad reviews!
