Tesco Express

This Tesco is okay but I really don’t like how they don’t have a particular breakfast that I like and for me that is a major inconvenience most of the time. Other that that, I really like this Tesco especially because they are one of the Tescos that sell the brand new Apple and Blueberry gum.

Gave me food poisoning once too many times. They sometimes sell food that is passed expiry. Going to Aldi or Sainsbury nearby instead

Awful store. Cramped and crowded and there’s always cages in the aisles as staff try and stock the shelves while customers are trying to squeeze around prams and God knows what else. Usually massive queues, the product selection isn’t all that. Thank God that Aldi opened around the corner because for a while this was the best option in the area for a weekly shop and it left a lot to be desired.

Staff vary, some are very helpful, some seem disinterested and some barely can understand what you’re trying to ask them.

Without doubt the worst Tesco I've ever visited. Understaffed and constantly restocking during opening hours and getting in way of customers. Not very clean either.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff and manager.

We did a £50 shop and asked for the receipt as we were concerned they hadn't scanned the shop / reduced items properly.

The staff on the till told us it would take 30 minutes to get the receipt. We asked for the manager who then asked us to unpack all the items and re scan them if we wanted a receipt.

Surely it's out legal right to get a receipt without this much hassle?

This is a good Tesco with a great selection of products for the location. Whilst it could be a little cleaner, and things could be restocked quicker it's pretty good overall.

I had a good experience, however I see how others could also not have the best experience.

They also carry a limited selection of clothes and also dietary specific foods such as dairy and gluten free foods.

Didn’t like their customers service at all. I did my shopping and I was ready to pay. I was waiting to pay in queue. There was a very old man behind me. There was more customers on queue. Suddenly the security came with tobacco and given it to the guy who was serving on till. The didn’t follow the queue. The serve the tobacco 1st where they say trolly only. I was shocked!! Tobacco got the priority!!! Not even the old man behind me. When I told them that, I am in queue. I should served 1st. Both staff was very rude to me. I asked for manager. They said their is no manager. It was 09-11-21 about 18:20. Dear manager please train your staff properly

Tesco is one of my favorite shop, you can find the same product that marks & Spencer waitrose has, but cheaper Price. I know quite well asda, sainsbury, Mark & Spencer, Morrison, Aldi, etc. Because I like Rome among the shelves to have a look. And my opinion is tesco has got the balance between quality and low Price.
