Tesco Express

Not happy I went in yesterday to pick up some things, and needed help from staff as I am blind.
I was told by the woman manning the till that the other staff were preying and they would be two or three minutes, that's fine, I fully respect religious practices.
I stood there waiting like a lemon for 10 minutes, the woman then apologised and said she would have helped me but she couldn't leave her station. So I asked how long they would be preying for and was told maybe 5 minutes. So at that point I gave up and left, waste of time as i'd taken 25 minutes to walk each way to get there and back. Won't be returning. They need to make sure they have adequate staff.

Worst customer service especially if you are dropping and collecting Hermes parcels. They don’t check properly for your parcel in the back office, you have to ask them to look properly again and again. And they throw your parcel around to the point they ripped my package in front off my eyes and end up blaming it on you. Disgusting service.

Rude, ignorant and disrespectful staff, worst customer service I’ve received in a while, as someone who works in customer service as management I’d fire the staff working the till today. Completely ignored us at the till whilst we waiting to be served and when another staff told him he continued to ignore us and serve someone else. Appealing service at this Tesco, will be going to the co op or Sainsburys local nearby as I know staff are much friendly

I am baffled.. Tescos cut back staff to save us money but the service goes down and costs goes up. A soulless place full of fridges and freezers selling overpriced, overpackaged food. then they have the nerve to charge us for a carrier bag to save the environment. I feel sorry for the staff as they are clearly threadbare and underpaid

Head manager needs to check the Rude staff and manager in that Tesco branch. I went to ask the employee to check if they have something in stock and he said no I won’t check and go to another store

On previous occasions witnessed and suffered rude, racist and prejudiced staff. Terrible customer service.
On this occasion they refused to give me my Evri parcel and told me they had to send it back. They had badly damaged the box and it would no longer scan. I had a super important item inside that I needed as a gift for a very dear friend’s birthday, maybe her last. It had been dumped in the back of the shop all week and this was my third visit to try and get it. They could have just taken my name and address and allowed me to take the parcel that I had paid for! My advice, don’t ever use this shop either for parcel collection or to buy food.

Staff closes 10.40 - 10.45 while they state that they open till 11

Although some of the staff are very friendly, this might be the worse tesco I've visited. Shelves are often poorly stocked through out the week and hygiene levels are a concern. They once had a frozen meal deal for mains and 2 sides but it was impossible to tell which was which when I asked for help although they were polite they informed me that they don't know and that the customer has to guess.
