Poor stock quality, they don't store things in the back at proper temperatures, I've been sick several times from spoiled food here. The security guard is intrusive and rude. Despite being a local who has no choice but to go in every day because they're the only card accepting local convenience store in the area he follows us around because of the way we look. When we pay at the machines he stands directly behind us scowling. When I made a complaint he became angry and argumentative. Disgusted with the profiling and discrimination. The staff are inattentive and are often heard complaining about their jobs whilst they ignore customers and throw stock on the shelves. It would be nice if they could hold off smoking weed on the job as the locals don't enjoy the smell wafting into their windows when the staff are standing outside the shop smoking it. The store is dirty, the floor always black with muck, the shelves sticky and the smell of something off when you walk through the door is always there. The automatic door doesn't work properly, people are always walking into it and hurting themselves. Soon there will be a Sainsburys opening in Hornsey and then hopefully they'll shut this place down!

This shop is not at my usual routes, and I visit it not so often, but if I unable to find some simple everyday things like whole milk, flour or eggs in other supermarkets, or when I return home late, I come here and always find what I want. Also, the shop is usually clear and pleasant. I would recommend it if it is close to you.

Tried dropping off a parcel using the Evri service that this store offers. Evri states a max parcel size of 120cm. My parcel was 90cm yet the staff member refused to take it. When I asked why they said the driver would not take it. The staff member became quite rude about this when I asked to speak with the manager about this. Co-Op in crouch end later accepted this without issue. If there is an issue with the parcel courier, I’d suggest the management take this up with head office and Evri as a company. Not just implement their own rules about what they do and don’t accept.

Bouncer(?)/security guy is lovely! Helped me post my Hermes parcel with enthusiasm and was very kind and friendly. So was the woman at the cashier - many thanks to both!

Just one self service till and one with a cashier..so cluttered that you can’t move around, not friendly with prams or if you are on wheel chair

Well stocked with a wider variety of fresh fruit & veg, a more open & less cramped store with wider aisles compared with the Tesco Express in Wood Green High St. And friendly staff too!

This place is very hit and miss. In the morning I have to find someone for the till and self checkout, however whenever Sean is in you get punctual service, friendliness and a a slight conversion all other staff need to learn from him
