Marmara Supermarket

Went in the shop and bought items worth of 4 pounds. I had been charged already and the owner came in and grabbed my sandwich, changed the price label and accused me of stealing although I clearly picked the item from the shelf and went straight to the till. When I confronted this horrible customer service and borderline racist behaviour owner told me to call the police. Don't ever visit this store.

I just went once, however prices are not good and there is always rubbish in front of the shop, which flies everywhere. I mean the shop rubbish, cardboard, plastic from packages. I don't recommend

Won't accept payment for anything below £5 on card. Even if you suggest you'll pay 50p extra. Atm next door charges over £1 to get money out.

Good selection of food for a small supermarket. Absolutely lovely staff. Also offers a lot vegetarian options especially veggie milk which is not that common.

You can find some really specific stuff, open till late and staff is friendly.

This is a very good bakkal with helpful and friendly staff.
I am especially grateful for the help carrying my Christmas tree round the corner as I was laden down with shopping with a toddler in tow.
