Always pop in when travelling on the euro star

Terrible experience with M&S last weekend. Meal deal items not placed together in the section. Things not on meal deal have been placed within the section. After making my selection, went to the checkout counter only to be told by the staff that the dessert was not in meal deal. Why? It was placed in that section in the first place.

To add insult to injury, pasta pots on meal deal do not have forks next to the section but they are actually conveniently hidden near the checkout area? Are you really offering customers a "FREE treasure hunt" opportunity?

Imagine you are trying to catch a train and want to quickly grad a meal before you go on board, and M&S waste your time in such manner. Manager not available to speak with.

Labelled price for a sandwich and the price at the till did not match (more expensive). Lots of people having problems with the tills. The one person supporting the tills is admittedly overstretched, acknowledged it was wrong, but then went and started on a new case instead of resolving it. Sale lost.

Ok a Bad note from me , I Always pass here when travelling through st Pancras and always buy lunch and bits and today was no exception - but what a muddle for thé meal deals and thé "flagging" of thé shelves - how naughty to put "every other" shelf for thé meal deal drinks with non meal deal similar drinks in between! Same thing for thé sandwiches thé circular tag for thé meal deal is affiched on all sandwich shelves however not all sandwiches are in thé deal - no where did I sée " only red flagged shelves for meal deals " affiched - rather confusing for an English person passing through but my' concerns are more for foreign travellers - I wonder how many have been had. Produits are excellent though as per usual.

As usual with M&S, the staff is so nice - especially at the clothing section. Actually, other than the products, what keeps me coming back at M&S is the staff.

Its a Friday and M&S are supposed to be open at 7am and they're closed. Called the store and the woman said they open at 8am. Lie!!! You only open at 8am on a Sunday. I've been traveling from St Pancras for years!! Staff being paid an hour to stay closed. Disgusting!

Tried to get my dinner here at 10.52 after a long day travelling for work, to be told by a rude security guard that they were closing. "But I rushed here so I could get food and you're closing earlier than 11pm?" "We're closing now".Another reason not to shop there unfortunately. Used to be a nice shop with helful efficient staff..... Moral of the story? Don't trust the advertised opening times.
