I came here to buy some items whilst staying in a local hotel. I was served by Steve who was so helpful and smiling. He was upbeat and cheerful with customers before me in the queue. He really made my day. I commented that he was "Smiling Steve".... What a warm welcome by Tesco in Tommy's Lane Crewe :-)

has everything you need, well Has everything you may need in case of an emergency.(eg. Uninvited guests, forgot to buy that 1 ingredient , etc) has 2 cash points outside. Well organized. Clean place. Has a bit of parking has a little bakery stand, with a variety of baked products. Has a good choice of meal deal options. There can be a bit of a wait at the till, as usually has only one till open, also doesn’t have self-check out

Had to witness a couple of male staff members (with glasses) sniggering at my girlfriend because her appearance was apparently amusing to them. I find it absolutely disgusting that employees would behave in such a way.

Andy the manager made my autistic sons day. I don't shop at tescos much at all because I find the staff in the large superstores rude. However my experience at this tesco express/ esso garage has always been amazing the staff are always happy and great with me. I went during covid 19 as my son who has autism is collecting 50ps I had been everywhere asking managers but kept getting nos. Andy the manager of this tesco went and sorted through his 50ps and put some comemeritive ones in a bag for him I was so grateful. Andy you are mine and my sons hero thankyou. I mustn't forget noel who was on the checkout the cheeky chappy with a lovely big welcoming smile. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

Good prices. You can buy everything you need. Actually they have the coldest bottled beer I have ever seen in Crewe shops so that is another thing except cheap fuel that Push me to go to this place.

Just wanted to write a review for some time to say what lovely staff work here. Visited tonight after work to get petrol,food, and drink and the two gentleman that work there are so polite and the younger chap always calls me Miss and is so professional and polite Thank you 😊
