Tesco Superstore

Really helpful staff at customer service desk they helped with what I went there for so was happy with the service I received from them.
This is a big store that has multiple departments from clothing to bakery and the normal store so a really good range of products.
I found the store seemed clean and tidy with no empty packaging left about.

I have shopped with you for 20 years and today out of the blue I received a £340 parking fine from overstaying a year ago. I will never shop with you again.

We online shop from this store. Sometimes we don’t always get what we ordered but it is always sorted out perfectly. Customer service is brilliant- thank you!

Customer service is dreadful at this store, even down to the management not wanting to believe the staff are unhappy.
The coercive control and rudeness by staff makes shopping unpleasant, it's such a shame that a few members of staff are taunting the whole store.
There are some nice helpful staff who felt embarrassed by others.

A well stocked large Tesco store, with a large car park and petrol station.

We have just returned from Tesco Shepton Mallet where we purchased a new mobile phone for my self after an earlier phone purchase for my Wife just before Christmas.
On both occasions the mobile phone staff provided an excellent friendly service, even transferring the data from our old phones to the new ones and fully explaining the phone details.
Top marks awarded for customer service!!

Friendly, helpful staff, who are always willing to show you were to find a product if you are having a problem locating it. Toilets are always checked hourly for cleaniness. Plenty of parking, but only let down is the lack of disabled spaces close to the store enterence.

It's a great tesco with a lot to offer. Clothing, bakery, household items and when open.... the hot food counter. If you want to park in parent and child and there isn't spaces by the store, there are by the Argos. That's all well and and but there isn't a trolley bay over that side of the car park. I can't carry my son long distance nor expect him to walk so you have to just leave the trolley. Perhaps installing a few over the whole car park, it would suit all peoples needs. Also the RAC/AA representative should not hassle you in and out the store. If I want breakdown cover, I'll approach you 🤦🏻‍♀️
