Consistency isn't always there but overall we like coming here for the convenience. We tend to come here in the middle of the night to due out schedules. Stocking is a challenge for stores at night but luckily the staff always are willing to move their trolleys.

Before it was nice place for shopping. I coming nearly every day. Now i can't say that again and petrol station without cashiers not so good as it was before. 99£ in 24 hours how much fuel you can get with that price? And often you don't get a receipt

I came here to do my shopping in the early morning hours around 2am on a Wednesday and I used the self service to check out. There was this light-skinned lady with curly hair (wearing spectacles) who was very rude twice to me in a row on two separate occasions. I let it go the first time. The second I had to shout at her as she didn't come to my assistance when I needed help at the till. The security guard came over to me and provided me with assistance and apologised to me on her behalf. ON THE OTHER HAND SHE IS NOT WEARING HER OFFICAL UNIFORM!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ALL ABOUT????? She gives the store a very bad image. She doesn't know how to smile (miserable faced) on top of that and seems like she has had enough of living and would rather meet up with Charon to be carried across the River Styx to get to the after life as soon as possible. If you come to visit this store for shopping in the early morning hours ( after 1am) then be prepared to be greeted with empty boxes and rubbish in the aisles. The staff empty the products to shelve the items and just leave the thrash on the floor. I felt embarrassed coming here with my partner. I've never seen this in a Tesco or Sainsbury's store before.

I always find this store freezing cold. I generally shop at night & sometimes trying to get around the store with a trolley is like going round an assault course! I appreciate that this is due to the store being restocked but, is it really necessary to have quite so many cages out?
My only other gripe (sorry!) is that the staff, in particular the shelf stacking staff can be quite rude & are generally not very helpful. I understand that it is late at night & not the greatest of times to be working, believe it or not it's not my ideal time to be doing my shopping, but I do not see that as a reason to be rude to staff, therefore I don't really expect to be treated with the same courtesy.
On the plus side, I am genuinely grateful for a 24hr supermarket. It seems that the ones that prior to covid were 24hrs have decided it is more cost effective to no longer stay open. So thank you Asda.

It used to be a place to shop. It's a nightmare shopping at Asda these days... No trolleys!!!!!! It's one thing you have to queue to pay. What the hell is going on, you have to also queue to get a trolley !!!, I understand if you have to use a coin to use a trolley, but the point is there isn't any trolley to even use... I see customer dragging bought items in bags on the floor because there are no trolley... you can't change note to coin to get a trolley and then you ask me to go buy a silver coin for 1.50p so I can get to use every time i come to ASDA!!!. Who told you I want to ever shop at ASDA again from that horrible experience!!!!

This has to be the best Asda I have been to. My friend advised we stop off on way back from work. With £5 in my pocket a hot dog, fries and soft drink for £3 and a slice of Margherita £1.50 was worth every penny. Why can't all Asda cafes be this way especially Pipps hill.

5* because the security guards that was working today 20/01/23 at 4pm, they went out their way to help me when some as*whole hit my car and drove off. The guards were so helpful and when out with me to check my car then they went thorough CCTV and got a number plate for me. So thanks again to the two gentlemens, I really do appreciate everything you guys did for me today🙏
