Food stocks good, but you cannot take a trolley out to the car with your purchase.
Therefore buy less or take many helpers.

The prices are comparatively low for the frozen products, rest all are quite similar. But overall it is cheaper than Tesco or Sainsbury.

It's an Iceland shop, all the usual things you get from them, just needs a Carpark of its own

Latest visit they seem to have made a bit more space to move in, but I suspect they have reduced their range slightly to do it, but can't believe they didn't even have tub's of ice-cream, the big 2ltr one's (and the 4ltr one's I haven't seen in a very long time, it was ok but I really miss the old larger store's, you could always find all you wanted in the one place, now it's luck of the draw as to if a store sells enough of an item to make it worth stocking it or not, but they had most of what we went for, but would love to see the bigger stores come back.

Previously;
They denied they had found and put aside my £10 voucher when I went back to get it.

Usually I don't have an issue with Iceland. They stock good quality food at a decent price. However, I went in this evening and was made to feel incredibly unwelcome.

The two staff members on the shop floor did their very best to pretend that I wasn't even there. The young lad serving me at the checkout didn't even acknowledge me except to tell me the price, in fact he didn't even look in my direction. He was much too interested in the conversation he was having with his co-worker about scratch cards.

May I suggest some retraining for these two incredibly rude members of staff?
