Handy shop if you just need a few things, as it's not really a big store. Has a small bakery section as you walk in though, so does all the essentials. A lot of people just think 'high prices' when you mention Waitrose, but they are actually not that bad, and quite a few items are probably comparable to other supermarkets. Looking around, you will also find a few things you won't see at the other big stores. You can even grab a coffee and sit down by the front doors, though I've no idea if that's still open while we are all social distancing. Nice little shop though.

The quality of the food here is great.

However, after several years of this being my main choice for food shopping I will no longer visit due to appalling service. I have written several times to head office to raise customer service concerns, and all I have received have been standard cut and paste replies that don’t even address my concerns.

It really wouldn’t have taken much to make me feel valued - even a genuine reply would have been nice. But sadly that seems beyond a company that prices itself at the top end of the market.

It’s a real shame as I do like the products on offer here, and I do hope others have a better experience. But I won’t be going near Waitrose any time soon.

New store layout is terrible and not suiteable for people with Autism or other neurological imparements. Poor layout design and every thing is in ilogical places. The staff are rude and unsypathetic or willing to help distressed shoppers

Waitrose has reduced the 'lines' they sell in this Little Waitrose. Some baking products and some cheeses missing so far. Disappointing.

Lovely quant Waitrose. Not too big and not too small. Everything you could possibly need for a quick shopping trip without the acres of aisles!

Thank you for listening to my compliant at customer service. Ok so took two goes but did get a more personal reply the second time. Apparently need to spend £10 to get free parking. It was raining, it’s a 20 minute walk and I only wanted a few items but there was no custard. Hence under spend and if the staff had been slightly more understanding I wouldn’t have felt the need to complain in the first place.
