Tesco Express

This OLD man does google and and feels insulted by comments that he has no customer service skills. Well I probably have more in my hand than most have in their life. We all have our off days, we all have personal problems that we cope with, and having to cope with rude, ignorant, self centered customers does not help at the same time. But we do and I take my hat off to all Tesco's staff who smile and after putting up with the difficult and the really nice customers. The family I work with are amazing people and would not have a bad thing said against any of them.

My local shop, you feel part of the family with staff. They do their best to help. The unfortunate upset with delivery is the only down side which irritates the locals. The staff keep on going though with a smile. Keep up the good work crew.

Always use this tesco.....very handy. All staff are pleasant except one....old guy with glasses and pony tail....does the weekends....he needs customer service training....obviously he doesn't enjoy what he does. Hope manager has a word with him.

Staff gathering in groups of three or for in the middle of ailes for chats. Staff brushing past you far too close. Security guards ushering you in whilst standing in the doorway chatting to their degenerate mates making it impossible to keep you distance. A queuing system that forces people to stand all over the shop blocking multiple aisles rather than down just one. Not one member of staff wearing a mask throughout this entire pandemic and still not wearing masks.

Not only is this shop a farce it is a dangerous farce ,and no customer help ,only bad faces.

Now that masks are mandatory in stores you are not enforcing it claiming that "Tesco have decided it isnt necessary" what an absolute scumbag company, you vile idiotic people.

The phone number listed on the Google website doesn't work. "not been possible to connect your call" I'd say that's fairly important.

Amazing staff they are always kind and helpful. Sometimes even too lovely by calling you always darling or dear which for some cultures are reserved only for the family and might be a bit offence but they are great shop is always clean, well maintained.

Great service, sometimes a little lacking in what I need though
