Lovely staff and great stock of products for a small store. Staff always willing to go the extra mile to help you if you have a questions. Definitely worth the extra 1% on prices compared to cheaper supermarkets purely for some decent customer service.

Only issue is during busier times car park is difficult to park

I visited the Slough store on a busy Saturday morning and Zoya handled my return effortlessly and seamlessly. Thank you, Zoya! You are a real asset to the store.

We don't come here very often but the range is very unique for some particular food items

I love this supermarket it was my go to pla e for Christmas veggies and other stuffs
Now I find myself going there just because I can and its nice to shop there. The shelves are always stocked up and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and has parking for the disabled. Covod rules are kept up and well done to the staff for making this place favourite.

Had a sad experience from precious loved store. I noticed how the owner says it offers quality customer service but this wasn't my experience. I found the staff ( under cover manager) unfriendly ,unhelpful. I wS unfortunate anoth to have my purse stolen as I left this store. While no fault of the staff . I was shocked by the lack of empathy of supposed manager staff. I was then told by a confirmed manager that they would call if it was handed in or discarded in store. Took my number the main reason was I had had 3 month old and no house keys. No call came and honestly felt fob off. I really think M&S customer service has gone right down along with my of it store. I'm surprised they didn't do better. Bye Marks and sparks .

I have received racial abuse from this shop today 05/12 and I will never visit again, its not right for them to dehumanise people because of their skin colour. No more m&s for me and I urge others to give this racist brand a miss as well. Disgusted.
