Sainsbury's

We had to shop in Sainsbury's today with our 12 day old baby and were disappointed to find that the ladies toilets were closed due to a cysteine issue. I approached customer service's to ask where I could change our baby as the only changing table is located in the ladies toilets. One of the customer service staff suggested I change him on the floor of the disabled toilets as he couldn't think of anywhere else. I asked to speak to the manager at that point who apologised and went to check with the workmen if the changing table could be used. Fortunately they were really accommodating, but due to the waiting, our son had soiled his clothes and was sick all over me.
We've shopped in this store for over 10 years, but our first experience with a small child was pretty appalling.

Car park is clean and tidy. There are bollards for bike locking up. Store wasn't particularly busy when visiting the store. There is an Argos in store. Most areas were well stocked and there is a good range of products available. Plenty of cashier supported tills, but there is also a self-serve set of tills as well.

Large store that appears to have everything. Security were very helpful pointing me in the direction of Lloyds pharmacy however the staff here were nor so helpful. They didn't know where there stock was or listen to what was being asked for so waisting my time having to keep requeuing.

Easy to access around the store . Wheel chair friendly . Toilets available. TU section as you walk through the door near the customer service area . Argos in store too . Shelves seemed to be stocked up well . Friendly staff. It also has a Timpsons too .

Very polite helpful and cheerful staff. A pleasant shopping experience. This is most unusual these days. Other stores could learn a lot from Sainsbury.

Visited the Argos inside, quite handy.
Never been otherwise, so can't comment on the store but I'm sure it's like most supermarkets? Nice big car park and a fuel station is always a bonus!

I consider this shop just little under Waitrose for some items but above for others.
Good parking space, Argos inside, petrol station with the best fuel prices.
Only a little disappoint if you shopping in the morning is usually 1 person in the cash til and only self service. not really good for elderly people.

Sainsbury's is not a store that my parents and I frequently visit, but we have used their online shopping for several years, which is why I gave this a 3/5 rating. The reason for this is because some days we get something that we didn't even order, and there are other things that we have to return because for some reason, they decided to put something that has nothing to do with what we ordered. Their online deliveries, in my opinion, is a not great and that needs to be fixed immediately.
