Iceland Supermarket Feltham

A smaller shop than most I've been to but they still have alot to offer. Very clean and staff are polite but the aisles and till area are tightly packed in so if there is a queue, you have to negotiate between people with trolleys and trying to get round the corner to the next aisle.

Disgraceful customer service. I work nearby and wasn’t even intending to go here but on my way to the bus stop I realised I needed a bottle of water and didn’t want to go traipsing around Asda. I got my item and went to the till, the young man (who looked like he was still in school) scanned it and let it roll down but it went to the other side so I had to walk around the other side to get it when I was already carrying a heavy bag. He then tried to drop the change onto my hand as though I had a disease but when it dropped onto the counter, he didn’t even bother to pick it up and just walked away. Absolutely rude and obnoxious, I don’t care if it’s “only Iceland”, your staff obviously need refresher courses on customer service. If I could give zero stars I would!

I tried to pay for my purchases with a Scottish £10. note that was given to from a earlier sale elsewhere. I was told that this could not be used.I felt so embarrassed as there were other people in the queue it made feel that I had done something wrong.I certainly will not be returning to your store.I am a very disappointed.

This place seems to be the only place that does large bags of king prawns. This is great for all your frozen foods. I'm so glad they have one near me.

Always a good place to shop for groceries. A lot of great deals on quality products with great savings. Fresh produce, milk, eggs and bread all at good prices. Aisle after aisle of 3 for £10 and 3 for £5 frozen products with mix and match selections. Great deals on sweets and frozen treats and drinks to fit any budget.

I am glad I can walk to this shop every other day to purchase absolutely essential things

Very rude and unprofessional manager(Nur)! I bought some ice cream for my daughter and opened it in front of the store, was melted so turn back to exchange it. But this guy who supposed to help me was ignorant and he told me he can’t exchanged it as I open the box, and that his the boss and he doesn’t care if I complain! You supposed to be there to help me, not to be ignorant and rude. A lady help me at the end, but guess what the other box of ice cream was melted as well. I just left with my daughter crying! And with a waste of money.
