I love M&S and the quality of food and cloths are great. However this stores ground floor and the top floor for mens wear did not have any music and it felt very uncomfortable. Especially the top floor was very really quiet and even when I purchased the items the staff was talking quietly. It will be nice if there is some ambience by putting music on in all floors. The food hall is always buzzing but the rest felt very like a different shop. I will come back for the items but if there is some sale section and adding student discounts could help as well.

This place is great the food quality is top notch when comparing to other supermarkets they are on another level it’s pricey it is but usually for good quality we have to pay. It has an accessible toilet on the third floor which is always good to know. Definitely recommend this place specially when you want to treat yourself to some good quality food.

Very little choice on the menu today. I felt overpriced for the portion size of soup, which was cold and the Ciabatta roll was fridge cold. Yes they heated it up, although polite, it was a flat experience given the fact it was not busy.
